Enrichment Summer School
2010
For Students Entering Grades K-8
Moreland Educational Foundation is offering a wonderful K-8 Enrichment Summer School Program for 2010. MEF will provide a combination of academic and non-academic tuition-based courses taught by certificated teachers. Any profits generated will help fund valuable programs in the Moreland School District.
Online & mail-in registration begins 8:00am Monday April 19, 2010
The last day to register online is Thursday, June 17th.
On-site registration will start on Monday, June 21 at 8:15am at the MEF Summer School Office (classroom E2 at Payne Elementary School). Parents can register on-site up to Friday, June 25th.
PLEASE NOTE: Payne's Main Office can only direct you to the MEF Summer School Office, room E2. They are not affliated with MEF, and thus, cannot help you with MEF Summer School registration.
Please ask the main office staff to direct you to the MEF office, room E2, and/or tell them you're looking for Vinnie Bachanas, principal of MEF Summer School. Thank you.

Classes are open to all students entering Kindergarten through 8th grade from any school district.

Fees: Tuition is $200.00 per class. Some classes require an additional $25 lab fee.
No scholarships are offered for summer school classes.
*Students may enroll in 1, 2, or 3 classes
*Students may not remain on campus during periods when they do not have class.
*Students may bring a snack during break.
Please note that this year there will be no before or after school care available.

Mail–in Registration:

Each completed registration form will be numbered upon receipt and processed in order. Classes are on a first come, first served basis. There must be a minimum of 10 students per class for MEF tuition-based classes.
- Confirmation of class placement will be mailed as soon as possible.
- No registration will take place on the first day of summer school.
- Students will not be allowed to attend enrichment summer school without prior registration.
- Please print completed Emergency Form (online or from packet) and have student bring to first day of summer school. His/her teacher will collect. All students must have an emergency form
on the first day of school for safety purposes.
**Class lists and room numbers will be posted on Friday, June 18, 2010 by 12:00 noon, on the window of Room 1 at Payne School.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Online and mail-in registration: Begins Monday, April 19, 2010 (most major credit cards accepted)
Mail-in registration: Checks/Money Orders payable to MEF
A service charge of $25.00 will be assessed for any returned checks.
No registration for tuition-based classes will be accepted without payment.
REFUNDS
- MEF reserves the right to cancel classes that do not attract a minimum number of students. Every effort will be made to accommodate your class preferences.
- No refunds will be granted unless classes are cancelled by MEF.
- Students dismissed for disciplinary reasons forfeit complete tuition.
