MEF is very proud to support all the 7 schools in the district through their Innovation Grants Program. The Innovation Grants Program was established to support programs which help address a very specific need at the various schools. The programs that MEF has help supported, includes funds to have a PBL Project for Grade6 at Latimer, Outdoor classroom at EDS, Learning Robotics with Dot & Dash at Country Lane, Equipment for Baker Broadcast and Family Math & Science Nights at Baker, Video Production equipment at MMS and an Enrichment Lab and Science Assembly at Anderson. Please click on the school icons above to learn more.

The applicants fill out a very detailed questionnaire' which is evaluated by the chair of the Inovation Grants and discussed by the members of the MEF board and then voted on.

Innovation Grants has given close to $20,000 to support the schools in the district.  It is only with the support of the Moreland parent community whether through direct donation or participating in the various fund raiser events that this is possible.
